Gina’s Strawberry Cocktail and Radish Appetizer

CSA member Marie-Claude writes, “I am not a big fan of raw radishes and tried this recipe over the
weekend. It was so delicious I bought more radishes to do it again!”

1 bunch radishes
3 tbsp of melted butter
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of honey
1 clove of garlic
6 cups of sliced radishes (1 medium size radish gives 3-4 slice)

Mix all the ingredients together and let the radishes marinate for a couple
of hours. Then you are supposed to grill the radishes on the barbecue for 5 minutes but I made them in the oven. I did put the radishes on a baking
sheet in the oven for 5-7 minutes at broil.
